Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Manggala Puri Sakti merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penyaluran Elpiji, atau disebut sebagai SPPBE. Perusahaan ini menyalurkan LPG dalam berbagai kemasan, antara lain kemasan 50 kg, 12 kg, dan, 3 kg. Dengan adanya program pemerintah untuk melakukan konversi energi, peran SPPBE menjadi sangat vital dalam menjaga stabilitas aliran supply chain LPG. Aliran supply chain yang terlibat dalam rantai LPG ini adalah Gasdom, SPPBE dan agen. Untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja aliran supply chain tersebut, perusahaan harus mengetahui kinerja aliran supply chain setiap periode tertentu. Sebelumnya perusahaan sudah memiliki parameter untuk mengukur kinerja supply chain. Namun pengukuran itu hanya berbasis pada aspek financial. Paramater ini kurang relevan untuk mengukur pencapaian kinerja suatu rantai supply. Untuk itu, perlu dibuat suatu rancangan pengukuran kinerja yang berfungsi sebagai alat ukur untuk aktivitas supply chain. Peneliti merancang system pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan basis SCOR model versi 8.0. Dalam model ini terdapat dua perspektif yaitu customer facing dan internal facing. Penentuan bobot kepentingan menggunakan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), dan scoring system menggunakan metode OMAX. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa bobot yang paling penting adalah perspektif internal facing kemudian diikuti customer facing. Hasil dari pengukuran adalah 93,9 % dari target perusahaan. ABSTARCT PT. Manggala Puri Sakti is a company engaged in distribution of LPG, or called SPPBE. This company distribute LPG in various packaging, including packaging 50 kilograms, 12 kilograms, and, three kilograms. Given the government's program for energy conversion, a very vital role in SPPBE maintain a stable flow of LPG supply chain. The flow of the supply chain involved in this chain of LPG is Gasdom, SPPBE and agents. To continually improve performance flow of the supply chain, companies need to know the performance supply chain flow each period. Previously the company already has a parameter for measuring the performance of supply chain. But measurement is only based on financial aspects. These parameters are less relevant to measure the achievement of performance a supply chain. To that end, needs to make a design performance measurement that serves as an instrument to measure supply chain activities. Researchers design a measurement system performance using SCOR base model version 8.0. In this model there are two perspectives that are customer facing and internal facing. Weight determination of interest using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and the scoring system used OMAX method. From the research, it is known that the weight of the most important is facing internal perspective followed customer facing. The results of the measurements is 93,9% of target company.
