Abstract

Bank Negara Indonesia, has one of plform perbanka diverse in Indonesia with a variety of delivery channels. With a network of electronic services perbanka a broad and diverse, our customers enjoy the ease of doing perbanka with BNI. Electronic banking services recorded a significant growth in 2008, total transaction value of 807.6 trillion rupiah through ATM. This suggests factors - factors that can affect any interest of customers to transact online. The data used is primary data formed kuesioner that spreads to BNI in semarang amount 100 responden. Variabel used in this research are independen variable trust, and quality e-banking. while the dependent variabel is interest transaction online. Analysis tool used in this research is SPSS v.17. The resul are: trust and quality e-banking significant impact to interest transaction online.
