ANALISIS PENGARUH SPREAD TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA BANK, CAR, DAN NPL TERHADAP PENYALURAN KREDIT UMKM OLEH PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Monetery policy is one of the policy that can affect a country economic activity, not only that, but there are other policies that also influence the economic activity, such as other policies which come from out of economic activity. However, the policies are from outside of government control. Monetery policy is a policy which can be used controlled by government. It can be used to achieve the economic development goals. The aims of this research to analyze how the effect from interest rate spreads, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing loan (NPL) to Micro, Small and medimum to offer banking credit sector in Indonesia, particularly state banks and private banks according with each bank behavior. The analyze method applied is Error Correction Model (ECM), the method is expected to explain long run and short run determinants of the research. The correction model is able to analyze of economic long run phenomena and assess consistence of empiric model with economic theory. More over, the model is able to find out the solutions from time series variable not stationary in econometric. The result of analysis using ECM model banking kredit sector in state and private banks , shows that in short run determinants NPL variable gives negative and significant effect to UMKM offer banking credit sector and interest rate spreads (RCDP) and CARS variable shows that not suitable with hypothesis and unsignificant. On the other hand, in long run determinants, interest rate spread( RCDP) for state banks gives the significant positive and NPLP & NPLS variable gives the negative significant effect to offer banking credit micro, small and medium business (UMKM) sector in Indonesia.
