Abstract

Basically the relationship between employees and the company is a mutually beneficial relationship. On one hand companies want to get great benefits, employees want on the other hand certain hopes and needs that must be met company. Because it takes an employee relations management that can realize the harmonious relationships that mutually benefit from each other. Given the good relations between employees and the management company will be able to increase employee productivity, ultimately the company's goals can be achieved, not only corporate profits but also the welfare of employees will also increase. Gains in productivity was not only considered the hard work of party workers, but also related to motivation and achievement results from the workers who are willing to work with passion, pride, highly disciplined, and able to achieve an efficient work standards in terms of spending power, cost, time in production (Rosady Ruslan 2005:267). Objectives to be achieved in this study was to describe the activity of the employee relations program to increase employee productivity. This study is a qualitative descriptive study aimed to obtain the facts through in-depth interviews (depth interviews) with a credible source of senior employees from various divisions. Then the research findings obtained are interpreted for a wider search for meaning. Based on the results showed that PT. It is seen from several aspects, such as attitude and good work ethics, motivation of employees high, Nutrition and Health employees are considered firm, social security of the company, work environment and a comfortable climate in the work, and achievement in work opportunities. . Beside that PT. Indosat Tbk Area Cental Java also has a personal accolades with various provisions This was a major factor that can determine the high productivity of employees.
