Abstract
Internal Media Project this company is making the company’s internal magazine monthly Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang. Implementation of projects carried out during 1 (one) time the publication within a period of 3 (three) months. The execution of this project aims to create internal company magazine in accordance with the rules or standards in the manufacture of the company’s internal magazine. In addition, the making of an internal magazine is to provide an identity for Bhayangkara Hospital Hyderabad as the Police’s Hospital that serves the general public. Editorial team make the company’s internal magazine that contains the column headline, selayang pandang, program kami, self respect, buletin, relaksasi, dari hati ke hati, klinik, opini, and galeri. Editorial team working on an internal magazine with a rubric that is more varied and better communicative purpose made to fit the company’s internal magazine. In the process of making this project an internal magazine, job descriptions into two parts, data processing and the manufacture of articles and the photography and design magazines. In making this project, the resources obtained from internal sources as well as service users Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang. Obtaining material made by interview and article coverage, data on the company and direct observation to the location for Team Editor obtain accurate data and information. Display designs in the magazine also made more modern and colorful so as not to have the impression that boring. The importance of the role of public relations practitioners on the company to manage its internal media it is less recognized by many agencies. The presence of staff specialized in managing the internal magazine deemed important enough profit helps maximize the functions of public relations. Thus the government and private agencies should increase awareness of the importance of managing the Internal Media Companies that meet the standards of manufacture.
