Abstract

Pasar Gemolong merupakan pasar utama bagi warga Gemolong dan sekitar Gemolong meskipun beda kecamatan. Pasar-pasar di Kecamatan lain mengambil barang dagangan di Pasar Gemolong termasuk pedagang makanan jajanan. Kondisi psar Gemolong sama dengan pasar tradisional lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi sanitasi pasar dan kondisi mikrobiologis makanan jajanan diPasar Gemolong. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 39 jenis makanan jajanan kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 30 jenis makanan jajanan menggunakan metode simple random. Analisis data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan sebanyak 30 (100%) makanan jajanan terkontaminasi oleh Staphylococcus albus dan sebanyak 2 dari 30 (6,67%)makanan jajanan terkontaminasi oleh Staphylococcus aureus. Jumlah kuman pada makanan jajanan masih dibawah batas yang diperoleh yaitu < 10+6per gram dengan nilai antara 3x10+1 per gram sampai dengan 3,6 x 10+4 per gram. Kondisi sanitasi Pasar Gemolong dapat dinyatakan laik sehat berdasarkan hasil inspeksi sanitasi pasar. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar makanan jajanan terkontaminasi oleh Staphylococcus albus (100%) dan kondisi sanitasi pasar Gemolong dinyatakan laik sehat. Saran yang dikemukakan : Perlu perbaikan fasilitas pasar yang rusak misalnya lantai, melengkapi fasilitas yang belum lengkap misalnya tempat sampah, adanya pengelompokkan berdasarkan jenis barang dagangan, memberikan penyuluhan kepada pedagang tentang pentingnya sanitasi makanan jajanan misalnya perlunya pedagang menutup makanan jajanan, perlu penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai jumlah Staphylococcus aureus pada makanan jajanan apakah melebihi batas yang diperbolehkan atau tidak. Kata Kunci: makanan jajanan SURVEI OF MARKET SANITATION AND THE MICROBIOLOGICAL CONDITION OF STREET FOOD IN GEMOLONG TRADITIONAL MARKET, SUBDISTRICT OF GEMOLONG, DISTRICT OF SRAGEN Gemolong traditional market is the main market for people in Gemolong and for the people in another subdistrict. Markets in another place always buy their comodity in this market include the sellers of street food. The condition of Gemolong traditional market was same with the condition of another tradisional market. The aims of this research is to know the condition of market sanitation and microbiological condition of street food at Gemolong traditional market. This research use the descriptive research with the cross sectional approach. Population in this research is 39 type of street food, then sample is taken from the population as much 30 type of street food by using simple randomsampling method. The data is analysed use the descriptive analysis. Result of this research indicated that as much 30 (100%) street food is contaminated by Staphylococcus albus and 2 from 30 type of street food (6,67%) is contaminated by Staphylococcus aureus. The number of germ at street food is equal to X10+6per gram, the number is still under boundry level that is between X3x10+1 per gram to X3,6 x 10+6per gram. Sanitation of Gemolong traditional market can be expressed health pursuant at the result inspection of the market sanitation. The conclusion of this research is that most of street food is contaminated by Staphylococcus albus (100%) and condition of market sanitation of Gemolong traditional market expres health. The suggestions : repair the market facility which is damage, like floor and complete the facilities like garbage can, grouping the seller depen on their comodity, give counselling to the seller about the importance of street food sanitation like to close the street food and the importance of street food sanitation like to close the street food and the importance of futher research is needed to know the sum of Staphylococcus aureus in street food was upper boundry or not.
