Abstract
The purpose of the research is to analize the influence of motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on employee performance Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Central Java. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Sampling method used is Judgment sampling is one type of purposive sampling. Mechanical testing of the data used in this research include test validity with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha. Classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity by using factor analysis and tested for reliability with coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha), where the results are all otherwise valid and reliable data. Results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Cultural organizations have a positive but not significant effect to the performance of employees.
