Abstract

This research is motivated by the assumption that the teacher certification causing change of the organization’s communication climate because the income gap. It is possible to affect the employees’ performance of MAN Suruh Semarang Regency. Performance views how employees of MAN Suruh Semarang Regency do everything connected with a job, position or role within the organization. Based on the hypothesis that positive the organization’s communication climate tend to promote and support employee’s performance at MAN Suruh Semarang Regency. The quality and quantity of communication within the organization have a relationship with members of the organization's performance. According to Pace and Faulce the climate change could affect performance and employee productivity. This study aims to examine the relationship between the Organization’s Communication Climate which includes Trust (X1), Participation in Decision Making (X2), Honesty (X3), Openness in Communication to the Bottom (X4), Listening in Communication to the Top (X5), Attention on purpose High-performance-goal (X6) and the Employee’s Performance MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y). In this study, using the total sample of all employees MAN Suruh Semarang Regency as the sample that is 47 people. Research on the organization’s communication climate relationship with employee’s performance MAN Suruh Kab. Semarang uses quantitative approaches or methodologies with Kendal Tau formula: obtained the significance of 0,003 with a correlation coefficient Trust (Xl) with the efforts of workers MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y) equal to 0.366. It can be concluded that the significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that both variables are related; Retrieved significance value of 0.633 of Participation in Decision Making (X2) with the efforts of workers MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y), means that both variables do not have relationships; Retrieved significance value of 0.000, while the correlation coefficient Honesty (X3) with the efforts of workers MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y) equal to 0.489. It can be concluded that the significant value of 0.000 <0.01, which means that both variables are related; Retrieved significance value of 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of Openness in Communication to the Bottom (X4) with the efforts of workers MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y) equal to 0.525. It can be concluded that the significant value of 0.000 <0.01, which means that both variables are related; Retrieved significance value of 0.034 with a correlation coefficient of Listening in Communication to the Top (X5) with the efforts of workers MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y) equal to 0.252. It can be concluded that the significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that both variables are related; Retrieved significance value of 0.108 of Attention on High Performance Goals (X6) with the efforts of workers MAN Suruh Semarang Regency (Y). It can be concluded that the two variables there is no relationship. Keywords: The organization’s communication climate, performance.
