Abstract
Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) disebabkan oleh virus Den. Hospes adalah manusia ang diperantarai oleh nyamuk Aedes spp . Kota Semarang merupakan kota dengan Incidence rate tertinggi di Jawa Tengah. Selama periode 2000-2004 penyakit DBD selalu dilaprkan dikota ini. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa selama ini program pengendalian vektor belum berhasil dengan baik. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan survei baik itu survei nyamuk dewasa, survei jentik, survei telur dll. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan survei nyamuk dewasa di Kelurahan Sampanagn, Pedalangan dan Tugurejo serta eksperimen perkawinan nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus untuk mengetahui angka fertilitas dan fekunditas dari dua spesies nyamuk Aedes tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei untuk mengetahui jumlah dan spesies nyamuk Aedes spp yang ada di lapangan an penelitisn eksperimen sungguhan ( True experiment ) dengan metode Postest Only Control Group Design untuk mengetahui perbedaan angka fertilitas dan fekunditas pada variasi perkawinan Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus . Sampel untuk survei spesies Aedes spp adalah semua nyamuk yang tertangkap pada saat penangkapan dan nyamuk yang menetas dari telur hasil pemasangan ovitrap, sedangkan sampel untuk perbedaan angka fertilitas dan fekunditas adalah nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus hasil penetasan telur dari pemasangan ovitrap yang kemudian dikawinkan dengan variasi perkawinan teretntu. Replikasi perkawinan nyamuk menggunakan rumus (r-1) (t-1) > 15 sehingga didapatkan 24 variasi perkawinan nyamuk. Dari hasil survei yang dilakukan ditemukan 2 spesies Aedes spp yaitu Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus . Jumlah Aedes aegypti sebanyak 17 ekor dan Aedes albopictus sebanyak 321 ekor. Dari variasi perkawinan silang yang dilakukan didapatkan rata-rata angka fertilitas sebanyak 79.33 dan angka fekunditas sebanyak 0.75 % untuk perkawinan Aedes aegypti jantan dengan Aedes aegypti betina.Angka fertilitas sebanyak 36.83 dan angka fekunditas sebesar 0.67 % dari perkawinan Aedes albopictus jantan dengan Aedes albopictus betina. Perkawinan antara Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus tidak berhasil dan tidak menghasilkan telur sehingga tidak diperoleh angka fertilitas dan angka fekunditas. Kata Kunci: Spesies,, Aedes spp , Angka fertilitas, Angka feknditas, Perkawinan Ae. aegypti & Aedes albopictus SURVEY OF Aedes spp SPECIES AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FERTILITY AND FECUNDITY IN BREEDING VARIATION OF Aedes aegypti AND Aedes albopictus IN SEMARANG Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by den virus. Hospes is a human who is mediated by Aedes spp. Semarang city is a city with the highest Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Incidence rate (IR) in Central Java. During the period of 2000-2004, there was always such disease that was reported in this city. This condition shows that the control program of mosquito vector hasn't been success yet. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct survey either survey on the adult mosquito, mosquito larva, or mosquit's egg, etc. In this research, have been done a survey on the adult mosquito at Sampangan, Pedalangan, and Tugurejo Village and also an experiment of mosquito breeding to find uot the fertility and fecundity rate of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. This research is a descriptive research with survey method to find out the amount and species of Aedes spp in the field and True experiment with postest only control group design to find out the difference between fertility and fecundity rate on the breeding variation of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. Samples for species survey all caught mosquitoes and cracked mosquito from the egg as the result of ovitrap installation. Samples for the difference between fertility and fecundity rate are Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus as the result of the egg's crack from the ovitrap installation which is then breeded with certain breeding variation. The replication of mosquito breeding uses the formulation of (r-1) (t-1) > 15, so that, obained 24 variation of mosquoti breeding. From the result of the survey, it was found two species of Aedes spp, there are Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. The amount of Aedes aegypti is 17 and Aedes albpictus is 321. The fretility mean rate from the breeding of male Aedes aegypti and female Aedes aegypti is 79.33 grains and the fecundity rate is 0.75 5. The fertility mean rate from the breeding of male Aedes albopictus and female Aedes albopictus is 36.83 grains and the fecundity rate is 0.67 %. The breeding of he different species which was performed was not success and did not produce egg, soo did not obtain of fertility and fecundity rate .
