Abstract
Bakteri E.Coli digunakan sebagai indikator yang baik untuk kontaminasi tinja.Kualitas air secara mikrobiologis ditentukan oleh parameter mikroba pencemar seperti:bakteri pencemar tinja(Coli).Cara pencucian peralatan makan dan minum yang benar dan sumber air yang digunakan untuk mencuci peralatan makan dan minum merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam higiene da sanitasi makanan.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kontaminasi bakteri E.Coli pada air bersih dan tempat penjualan makanan dan minuman di kantin FKM UNDIP SEMARANG.Jenis metode penelitian observasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional.Populasi penelitian adalah air bersih,peralatan makan yaitu piring berjumlah 36 buah sedangkan peralatan minum sejumlah 36 buah dan wadah makanan jadi sejumlah 10 buah.Sampel penelitian yaitu air bersih,peralatan makan(piring)sejumlah 20 buah dan peralatan minum sejumlah 20 buah dan wadah makanan jadi 5 buah.Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus besar sampel dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 45 sampel.Pengambila sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan langsung pada sampel air bersih,peralatan makan(piring),peralatan minum(gelas)dan wadah makanan jadi.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan bakteri dilab.Dan pengisian observasi.Pemeriksaan lab.Didapatkan hasil rata-rata air bersih berjumlah 174 E.Coli/100ml,piring berjumlah 102 E.Coli/cm2,gelas berjumlah 14,5 Kata Kunci: Kontaminasi bakteri,E.Coli,kantin THE CONTAMINATION OF BAKTERIUM E.COLI AT PURE WATER AND PLACE OF FOODS AND BEVERAGES SALE IN CANTEEN OF PUBLIC HEALTH Bacterium OF E.Coli used as a good indicator for faces contamination.water quality is micribilogically determined by parameter of contaminator microbe like bacterium of faces contamintor(Coli).true ways of washing it and drink equipment and water source used to clean and the it to drink equipment is one of important factor in food higiene and sanitation.this research aims to know the contamination of bacterium of E.Coli at pure water and place of foods and beverages sale in canteen of FKM DIPONEGORO UNIVERCITY SEMARANG.tipe oe research metode is questionare by using croos sectional approach.research population is pure water,it equipment that is 36 plates.while drink equipment is 36 and instant food bowel is 10.research samples that is pure water,it equipment(plates)is 20,drink equipment(glases)is 20 and instant food bowel is 5.determing of sume up the sample is using sample big formula and obtainer as much 45 sample.sample intage is using direct intage tecnique at pure water,equipment eat(plates),drink equipment(glases)and instant food bowel.this reseach done with the inspection of bacterium of E.Coli in lab.and quitionary filing.lab inspection got result at pure water avarage amount to 174 E.Coli/100ml,at plates amount to 102 E.Coli/cm2,at glases amount to 14,5 E.Coli/cm2 and instant food bowel to amount to 456 E.Coli/cm2.
