Abstract
Air merupakan kebutuhan yangpaling mendasar di muka bumi ini.Pemenuhan terhadap kualitas kimia terutama kadar Fe harus terjamin.kadar besi di Desa Singasari kecamatan karanglewas kabupaten Banyumas adalah sebesar 2,512mg/it.Hal tersebut tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang diperbolehkan.Hasil penelitian terdahulu penurunan kadar besi dapat dilakukan dangan jalan aerasi.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan penurunan kadar besi dengan menggunakan metode SPC,waterfall,bubble,spray dan cescade. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu.Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji anova Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata penurunan kadar besi pada kontrol sebesar 2,510 mg/it (0,080%),pada SPC sebesar 0,404 mg/it (83,91%),pada Waterfall sebesar 0,288 mg/it (88,55%),pada bubble sebesar 0,407 mg/it (81,47%),pada spray 0,369 mg/it (85,33%)dan pada cescade sebesar 0,324 mg/it (87,12%).Metode penurunan kadar besi yang paling efektif adalah dengan menggunakan metode waterfall aerator Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas sebaiknya dianjurkan kepada warga Desa Singasari Kecamatan Karanglewas Kabupaten Banyumas sebelum mengkonsumsi air untuk keperluan sehari-hari perlu dilakukan proses aerasi dengan metode waterfall aeratortetapi dengan debit pompa alat yang lebih besar agar hasil yang didapatkan lebih optimal. Result of former research {of} degradation of iron rate can be {done/conducted} by way of aerasi. target of research is to know difference of degradation of iron rate by using method of SPC, waterfall, bubble, and spray of cescade. this Research type {is} sham experiment. Analysis {done/conducted} by using test of anova. Method degradation of most effective iron rate {is} by using method of waterfall aerator. Pursuant to result of above mentioned research better be suggested to Countryside citizen of Singasari District Of Karanglewas Sub-Province of Banyumas before consuming water for one day-day require to {to} process aerasi with method of waterfall eaerator but with debit pump larger ones appliance {so that/to be} result of which {is} got optimal.
