UJI EFIKASI ICOM 25 EC TERHADAP LARVA LALAT RUMAH (MUSCA DOMESTICA)

Abstract

Penyakit infeksi saluran pencernaan merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. lalat rumah (Musca Domestika) merupakan salah satu vektor penyakit ini. Upaya pengendalian vektor yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka memutus rantai penularan antara lain dengan menggunakan insektisida berupa larvasida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efikasi icon 25 ec terhadap larva lalat rumah (Musca Domestika). Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperiment,sedangkan pelaksanaannya digunakan metode eksperimen murni. sebagai variabel bebas adalah konsentrasi icon 25 ec sedangkan variabel terikat adalah jumlah kematian larva lalat rumah (Musca Domestika). Variabel pengganggu adalah suhu ruangan,kelembaban udara dan pencahayaan ruangan dan selama penelitian dilakukan pengukuran. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbadaan jumlah kematian larva lalat rumah (Musca Domestika) terhadap sebagai konsentrasi icon 25 ec. Konsentrasi efektif yang dapat membunuh larva lalat rumah (Musca Domestika) dalam waktu 24 jam adalah 0.5% dengan kematian 71.2%. Hasil analisa probit diketahui LC 50 adalah 0.26(0.14 < LC , 0.38) Kata Kunci: Uji efikasi icon 25 ec,lalat rumah(Musca Domestika) AN EFFICATION TEST OF 25 EC ICON TO THE DOMESTIC FLY LARVA (MUSCA DOMESTICA) Digestivus system disease in one of health problem in Indonesia. A domestic fly larva (Musca Domestika)is one vector of the disease. The permorved controlling effort to this vector in order to break out the chain of disease spreading is by using an insecticide in the form of larvacide. The aim of the research is to evaluate know about an effication of 25 ec icon the domestic fly larva (Musca Domestika). This is an expetimental research,meanwhile its implementation used a thrue experimental method. As the independent veriable is the concentration of 25 ec icon,meanwhile the dependent variable is the death rate of domestic fly larva (Musca Domestika).The convouding variable is the room temperature,air moisture and room illumination and the measuring is conducted during the research. The result are that there is a difference on the death rate of domestic fly larva (Musca Domestika) to the concentration of 25 ec icon. The effective concentration which can kill the domestic fly larva (Musca Domestika) in 24 hours is the 0,5% with the death rate of 71,2.The result of probit analysis on LC 50 is 0,26 (0,14 < LC < 0,38).
