Abstract
Air merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi kehidupan manusia dan kehidupan yang lain dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Air dalam tubuh manusia berkisar 50%-70% dari seluruh berat badan. Berdasarkan peraturan menteri Kesehatan No: 416/Permenkes/Per/IX/1990, air harus memenuhi syarat kualitas maupun kuantitas. Apabila air secara kualitas tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan maka akan berakibat mengganggu kesehatan. Hasil pengamatan dan pemantauan Direktorat Penyehatan Air. Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menyatakan 78% Sumur gali, pada sumur gali penduduk menunjukan coli tinja positif. Dalam waktu 3 tahun terakhir ini terjadi peningkatan jumlah kasus diare di desa Kriwen, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Kenyataan tersebut mendorong penulis untuk meneliti hubungan jarak sumur gali dengan jamban keluarga yang ada.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur jarak antara sumur gali dan jamban keluarga, mengetahui bakteri E.coli dalam air serta menganalisa. Metodologi penelitian dengan metode diskriptif analitik yaitu : menggambarkan kondisi dukuh Bangsri Gede, Jarak sumur gali dengan jamban, untuk mengetahui adanya bakteri coli mempergunakan statistik Korelasi Produk Moment. Drai hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil :1)Dari 38 kepala keluarga yang memepunyai sumur gali dan jamban . Ynag tidak memenuhi syarat 29 (76,63%), Ynag memenuhi syarat 9 (23,7%) pada bulan April 2005. 2)Dari uji statistik menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara jarak terhadap kandungan E.coli dengan angka signifikan 0,000 (0,05) Ada hubungan antara jarak sumur gali dan jamban keluarga dengan kulitas air, semakin pendek jarak antara sumur gali dan jamban keluarga berdasarkan hasil penelitian laboratorium terbukti lebih banyak bakteri E.colinya melebihi standar (50/100ml air). Agar memperbaiki konstruksi sumurnya dan khlorinasi air sumur. Pembuatan sumur baru minimal berjarak 11,5m dari jamban. Kata Kunci: Jarak sumur gali dan jamban, kualitas air bakteriologi (E.coli) THE CORRELATION BETWEEN DISTANCE WELL LATRINE WITH WATER QUALITY IN BACTERIOLOGIS COMPARATION IN BANGSRI GEDE SUB VILLAGE, KRIWEN VILLAGE, SUKOHARJO DISTRICT, SUKOHARJO REGENCY Water is fundamental need for human life and other creature's life in every living day. If water in the ineligible quality of health, will causes bad effect to our health. The result of observation and monotoring of Direktorat Penyehatan air Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia express 78% of resident's shallow show E.coli Posistive. During 3 of the last years, had been happened the increase of the diarrhea cases in Bangsri Dede sub Village, Kriwen Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. This fact make researcher interested to research the relation between distance latrine. The aim of the research are measuring distance between shallow and the latrine, knowing the existence of E.coli bacteria in water and also analyze it. The research method used desc5riptive analytic method to know the condition of Bangsri Gede Sub Village, apart shallow with Families' latrine. To know the existence E.coli Bacteria used statistic of moment product correlation. The result of research obtained results : 1) From 38 families who have shallow latrines, at Month April 2005, 29 Famillies (76,63%) are ineligible, 9 famillies (23,7%) are up to standard. 2) From statistical test showed there is relation between apart of shallow and family latrine and the existence of E. coli Bacteria with significant numbers 0,000 (P<0,05) Also there is relation between apart of shallow latrine with water quality, shorter apart between of shallow latrine of pursuant to result of laboratory research proven by the more amount of E.coli bacteria exceed standard (50/100ml of water). In order to improve this condition, repairs the shallow construction and using water chlorination.For the new shallow must having minimal apart 11,5m from family latrine.
