Independent variables were reliability, resposiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Result of multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression shows that variable of tangible influences students satisfaction (p = 0.000) and it means that improving students satisfaction has to be done by improving physical facilities. The institution should add number of lecturer, develop FLE method, share a task schedule for laboratory technician, and conduct meeting among students, management, and lecturers at Midwifery Study Program of Magelang.
