This was observational research using Cross-Sectional approach. Sample was carried out by proportional sampling for 168 students. Independent variables were reliability, resposiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Result of multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression shows that variable of tangible influences students satisfaction (p = 0.000) and it means that improving students satisfaction has to be done by improving physical facilities. The institution should add number of lecturer, develop FLE method, share a task schedule for laboratory technician, and conduct meeting among students, management, and lecturers at Midwifery Study Program of Magelang.
