PERUBAHAN SUDUT POLARISASI CAHAYA TERHADAP VARIASI MEDAN LISTRIK PADA MADU

Abstract

The identification Having been done of linier optic characteristic on honey with electricity field, various concentrate C sugar which was mixed with sugar and aquades concentration which was mixed with honey. In this research, electricity field was put on metal parallel was connected to a high voltage source from 0 to 9 kV. Light sources which used in this research: red laser pointer (l=650 nm) and green laser pointer (l =532 nm) and honey, aquades and aquabidest are used as substance. Honey was mixed with sugar and aquades. The observed, was the changing of laser beam polarization angle β because of electricity field on honey. Result of the experiment twas the changing of laser beam polarization angle β could change in linier way to electricity field E. and from honey, the changing of laser beam polarisation angle β influenced by concentration of solution C . The more sugar was mixes with honey the bigger polarization angle changing the more aquades concentration on honey the smaller polarization angle changing.
