The factors related to the obedience of Health Centers Midwife towards Tandard of Antenatal Services in District of Magelang

Abstract

In district of Magelang, in the past three years, percentage of maternal and infant mortality caused by eklamsia was 23.07 %. Cases of mortality due to eklamsia could be reduced if antenatal services in the lowest level were in accordance with the standard. Standard of Antenatal Sevices had not been performed consistenly and a half of midwives did not have the standard which was approved by Health Departement of Indonesia. Aim of this research was to identity the factors related to the obedience of Health Centers midwife towards standard of antenatal services in district of Mgelang. This was observational research using cross-sectional approach. Sample was 40 midwives at the health centers. Independents variables variables were knowledge, motivation, perception to supervision, facility, and procedure. Dependent variables was the obedience of the health centers midwife. Data collection used a questionairre and check list. Data were analyzed quantitatively using Pearson product moment test with significant level on 0.05. Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
