Abstract
Design has been carried out dc motor speed control on the appliance coating (dip-coating) based on microcontroller Atmega8535. This device is made with a pretty good system and affordable prices so that it can be used for industry. Dc motor control in tool coating (dip coating) is done by using the program PWM on microcontroller ATmega8535. Measured values of the program will be processed by the microcontroller to control dc motor rotation. In addition, data have been processed microcontroller will be displayed on the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). From the results of engineering manufacture dc motor speed control is obtained the test results which showed that the speed of dc motor regulated by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) on microcontroller Atmega8535 with speed in level 32 - 40. And measured the average speed fell between 1,2 cm / s – 3,2 cm / s and average velocity increased from 3,4 cm / s - 8 cm / s with a long immersion time 3 s.
