The early warning system of the flood at sand mines gets SMS's basis gateway has realized intent to give information to sand mineworkers at the river flow area and society around it. Perusal of water high level and speed flow with electrode censor, optocoupler, and microcontroller ATmega8535. Accepted data receiver then processed by microcontroller what do will be featured on LCD and deep shaped voice (ISD25120) via horn speaker. The early warning system of the flood was gotten output examination result voltage of electrode and IC ULN2803 relative stable which is 3,05 V – 3,4 V on electrode and 4,8 V – 5,03 V on IC ULN2803. Acquired water speed flow indigenous merging optocoupler and encoder one that gives source clock on microcontroller who will regard PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Secretory voice of amplifier corresponds to data that performs on LCD which is as data of water high level, water speed flow, and water time estimation comes to location.
