TRANSFORMASI ENTREPRENEURSHIP MENUJU KEUNGGULAN DAYA SAING DAN KINERJA (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Privatisasi BUMN di Indonesia)

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teori konseptual dasar transformasi entrepreneurship menuju keunggulan daya saing dan kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu juga menguji secara empirik hubungan terbaik antar variabel transformasi organisasional, pembelajaran organisasional, corporate entrepreneurship,keunggulan daya saing dan kinerja perusahaan_ Obyek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan privatisasi Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMIN) di Indonesia. Unit analisis adalah perusahaan dengan responden yang diwakili oleh manajer tingkat atas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan Partial Least Square. Temuan strategis penelitian ini terwujud dalam dua cara jalur proses menuju --kinerja-perusahaan-yakni-'pola-jalur-pendek"-dan-"polajahir berrahap": tlKEdua pola nu memilki sekuensi peristiwa yang berbeda untuk alur menuju kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini memberi implikasi teori bahwa resource based view akan lebih bermakna jika dilengkapi dengan teori organizational learning. Selain itu memberi implikasi manajerial bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan peningkatan keunggulan daya saing. Penciptaan keunggulan daya saing akan terwujud dari peran Iangsung transformasi organisasional dan corporate entrepreneurship. Pengembangan corporate entrepreneurship disyaratkan adanya dukungan pembelajaran organisasional. Terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah, sebaiknya menerapkan "pola jalur bertahap", yang memposisikan pembelajaran dan entrepreneurship sebagai mediasi kesuksesan transformasi. Penelitian yang akan datang sebaiknya menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model dengan AMOSTLISREL untuk rnendukung penernuan penelitian ini. This study , proposed conseptual grand theoretical model entrepreneurship transformation to competitive advantage and performance_ Furthermore, this research aimed to examine empirically the best relation between variable of organizational transformation, organizational learning, corporate entrepreneurship, competitive advantage and performance. The research object is the state owned enterprise (SOE's) privatization in Indonesian. The analysis unit related to the research method, involves a company while the respondents occupied by the primary manager.The method used for testing the empirical model is the Structural Equation Model on Partial Least Square. --T-he—strategic—founding—taken—from—this researckimplies in two ways of achieving performances,they are "the shortcut" and "the gradual step" ways. Both of this ways has a different sequency process. This reserch aimed to give theory implication on concept Resource Based View will be meaningfull by completing the Organizational Learning theory. Besides,the result gives managerial implications that to improve performance need increasing competitive advantage. Creating competitive advantage can achive through direct role of organizational transformation and corporate entrepreneurship. Developing corporate entrepreneurship need support organizational learning. Related to the government policy, the government should apply "the gradual step ways," by emphasize learning process and enterpreneurship ability as mediating for successful transformation. The future research should used method AMOS/LISREL to play important role on supporting this study.
