Abstract

analyses requirement of calorie at liquefaction process of chip polyester at extruder machine explain that research is done to analyze mechanism of liquefying polyester chips in extruder machine. And based on analyzing data, it shows that heat flow at the extruder machine is 46 kWatt and efficiency can raise 85%. Operational temperature is in range 160C - 295C and mass flow of polyester chip 20 kg / min
