Abstract
performance analyzing of draining small fish with natural draught system explain that experiment is done to know performance of "teri / stolephorus" fish drying with natural air flow system. The performance of fish drying is based on moisture of fish, operation temperature and time. Research is done in laboratory with using drying machine of with natural air flow system, and based on analyzing data it shows that moisture of fish can achieve 35% on operation temperature maximum 77C and times operation 5 hours
