Nursing is needed to serve profesionally in nursing care. Nursing care is the care of nursing and if it is done base on the nursing care standard, it will raise the quality of the hospital and decrease the patients complaint. The research is purposed to understand factors which influences implementations of the nursing care standar in ward RSUD Ambarawa. An analitic research has character of explanatory. This research use survey methode with Cross Sectional approach. The research was done in RSUD Ambarawa with total respondent 59 nurses. Primary data is collected by questionaires and secondary data is collected from the hospital resources. Data analysis consist of three steps which are univariat, bivariat, and multivariat. Multivariat analysis use the multiple linier regression test with stepwise methode. Signification value is p  0,05. Data analysis by computerised SPSS v 9,01 program. Results. The result of this research show that from 59 respondent 50,85 % respondent have enough knowled, 30,51 % respondent have good skill, 50,85 % respondent enough motivation, 50,85 % room leaders are lack of direction, 59,32 % room leaders are lack of control, 49,15 % room leaders have enough supervition and 55,93 % respondent have good implementation of nursing care standard. 53,3 % nurse with enough knowledge have good implementation of nursing care standard, 100 % nurses with good skill have good implementation of nursing care standard, 82,1 % nurse with enough motivation have good implementation of nursing care standard, 90,9 % nurse with lack direction of room leader have good implementation of nursing care standard, 60,0 % nurse with lack control of room leader have poor implementation of nursing care standard, 100 % nurse with enough supervition of room leader have good implementation of nursing care standard and 54,5 % nurse with good implementation of nursing care stanadrd have ever attende training of quality nursing care. The product moment analysis shows that knowledge, skill, motivation, direction, control and supervition have correlation significantly to the implementation of nursing care, each of it has p value 0,00. The multiple regeression analysis with stepwise method shows that the skill variable has p-value = 0,00 and the supervition variable has p-value = 0,00 mean that those variables influence to the implementation of nursing care standard significantly while the knowledge variable has p-value = 0,105, the motivation variable has p-value = 0,302, the direction variable has p – value = 0,095, the control variable has p – value = 0,137 mean those variables do not influence to the implementation of nursing standard.
