Abstract

BSC has a privilege in terms of coverage measurement is a fairly comprehensive because while taking into consideration the financial performance. BSC also consider the performance of non-financial performance, namely customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Referring to the problems faced by PT. Jansen this research examines: "Analysis of Company's Performance by Using the Balanced Scorecard Approach (A Case Study at PT. Jansen Indonesia)." Because until now PT. Jansen has not been using the balanced scorecard to measure performance. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT. Jansen Indonesia as many as 364 employees, the next 100 samples were taken as respondents. As for the customer respondents specified by 47 respondents, because the total subscribers in Semarang is only 47 stores, however, obtained only 31 respondents who participated. Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Based on the research and analysis can be concluded several things as the following: 1) The performance of the financial perspective on PT. Jansen Indonesia as a whole can be inferred or quit anough, as general financial ratios increased except ROA and TATO. 2) The performance of the customer perspective on PT. Jansen Indonesia as a whole can be inferred bad, because of poor customer satisfaction in the company's ability to maintain customer retention is also bad while in the company's ability to do customer acquisition medium. 3) The performance of internal business process perspective on the company PT. Jansen Indonesia is enough, because innovation occurs only once during the past three years and not a decline in operating activities consistent time on the production process chairs, tables, beds and cupboards. 4) The performance of learning and growth perspective in the PT. Jansen Indonesia may be concluded either on aspects of employee turnover included in both criteria while decreasing employee productivity. Level of employee satisfaction because employees concluded was less satisfied.
