Abstract
This research is to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational communication and work motivation on employee performance in the PT BTPN Semarang. This research was conducted using survey method and carried out in 83 employees of the PT BTPN Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, and data testing techniques used in this research include test validity with factor analysis, reliability testing with cronbach alpha. Classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity by using factor analysis and tested for reliability with coefficient alpha (cronbach alpha), where the results are all otherwise valid and reliable data. Results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) leadership style has positive influence on employee performance, (2) organizational communication has positive influence on employee performance, and (3) work motivation positive effect on employee performance.
