Abstract

Nurse incentive at Dr. Kariadi hospital Semarang has not satisfied and it can affect unfairness feeling and also can decrease the effort of the staff. Therefore it needs to develop incentive model for hospital’s services at Inpatient Departement Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang based on the nurse job analysis. The objective of this research is to obtain the nurse job analysis as a reference in developing the nurse incentive model at Inpatient Departement. Specifically to find the more equitable model, to analyze job information in arranging job description and to get nurse job specification, to evaluate nurse function and to arrange nurse incentive model at Inpatient Departement through Point Method. This research is descriptive observation with quantitative and qualitative approach, the location is at Inpatient Departement of Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang. Population of this research is all nurse staff at Inpatient Departement that consist of; 28 legally liable persons, 20 chief room, 30 team leaders and 397 nurses. The sampling method is simple random sampling. The samples amount for quantitative data are 12 legally liable persons, 16 chief room, 18 team leaders and 103 nurses.
