Abstract

Policy on health man power development by the year 2000-2010 stated that to run health development require sufficient health human resources from society and public sector. Based on development and problems faced in health man power development, strategic issues faced in the future around health man power education are the quality of student is still limited and low competitive power. The improvement of education institution quality is an important challenge to ensure availability of qualified human resources. Standardization through accreditation process is one of efforts to lead or built up in order to run institution in effective and efficient manner. Central Java data showed that percentage of graduation resulted from accredited institution and from non accredited institution almost similar. The research was made to find the component of human resources score and curriculum implementations which were written in instrument of accreditation and its influence to percentage of graduation as the final result of institution of education. The method used in this research was cross sectional. Total population were 80 Institution, and the total sampling taken were 30 Institutions. The data of human resources and curriculum implementation were taken by using instrument of accreditation 2000. The data percentage of graduation were taken by counting each lecture graduation in Institution and the percentage of each examination such as main examination, rehearsal examination I, make up examination II. This research used ratio scale. Data was analyzed by descriptive and analytic method. To find the influence between accreditation score of human resources, curriculum implementation including its sub variables toward the percentage of graduation, this research used linear regression analysis. The result showed that the average percentage of graduation on main examination 70,63 % rehearsal examination I 79,5 %, rehearsal examination II 85,25 %.
