Abstract
The aim of study was to examine the influence among salesforce behavior, sales activity planning, performance orientation, and salesforce performance at PT. Prima Zirang Utama Semarang. Design/Methodology used quantitative - explanative approach. Regression analysis, either through parsial and simultan indicate that all hypothesis examination yield influence which are positively and significant between independent variable to dependent variable. Research limitation is theorys which base on research less comprehensive to be used as research reference and locus of research possibility less for elaborating of salesforce condition. The recommendation of this research is to conduct organizational development activities like method of knowledge sharing between employees through sales simulation and evaluation, brainstorming about sales strategy, daily briefing by supervisor, and trainings for knowledge management at employees and company’s level.
