Abstract
A PID type controller system to control greenhouse temperature has been designed and realized. PID Controller system have been made by using Op-Amp, with setpoint value as input. Setpoint value send to microcontroller AT89S51 by keyboardin personal computer and also converted to analog signal by DAC0808 MC1408. Converted Setpoint value will be compared by error amp and amplified by amplifier circuit. The result of comparation called error. Error will be manipulated by PID controller to set the voltage at heater element. From the PID controller system have been made, to process the harmonius cavity assigned value e equal to 0,474 V by u of equal to - 3,822 V, by T0 equal to 41,6 second. Which have been explained above, got value KPU equal to 8,06, value KP equal to 13,43, value TI equal to 20,8 second, assess the TD equal to 5,2 second, the KI equal to 0,049, and assess the KD equal to 5,2. The test of PID controller system done by using digital thermometer with setpoint value at 330C and temperature greenhouse started at 290C. From the result of test, it have delaytime equal to 15 second. From the generally result, the PID controller system capable to control temperature and have fast responding to the temperature changes.
