PENGARUH MINAT PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI DAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA INDIVIDU (Studi Pada PT. SAMATOR GAS INDUSTRI)

Abstract

Technological developments from the impact of globalization is so rapid now accompanied with the development of technology-based information systems. Along with the development of information technology, every organization now considers that the information system is essential to the survival of the company. Information Systems can be defined as a set of formal procedures in which the data are collected, processed into information, and distributed to users. Development of Information Systems are intimately associated with the operational accounting useful for every organization. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of performance expectations, expectations of business, social influences on interest in the utilization of partial information systems, to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of interest in the utilization of information systems against the use of information systems, to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the use of Information Systems on the performance of individual . The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samator Gas Industry, while 47 respondents sample taken with the sampling technique of purposive sampling. Data used primary data using questionnaire data collection method. In this research, there are five hypotheses that have been processed using the Partial Least System. Consisting of three hypotheses received namely, the existence of a positive relationship between Performance Expectancy with Intention of Information System, Intention of Information System with Information System Usage, Information System Usage with Individual Performance. While the two hypotheses are rejected namely, the absence of a positive relationship between Effort Expectancy with Intention of Information System , Social Influence with Intention of Information System.
