Abstract

Atv adalah sebuah kendaraan dengan penggerak mesin menggunakan motor bakar dan menggunakan rangka khusus yang dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk dapat melintasi berbagai macam medan. tv merupakan perpaduan antara motor roda dua dan mobil yang keduanya memiliki kelebihan masing-masing pada saat melintasi dimedan sulit. Perkembangan Atv yang ada saat ini sangatlah pesat karena dalam dunia transportasi maupun balap sangat kompotetif membutuhkan sebuah atv yang aman, nyaman dan performan mesin yang maksimal sehingga mampu melintasi dengan cepat pada saat dipacu diberbagai medan. Dari perhitungan dan pengambilan data maka ada beberapa hal yang dapat dianalisa diantaranya analisa rem, analisa bantalan, analisa mekanis sistem, pengujian akselerasi, pengujian deselerasi dengan pengujian bahan bakar didapat hasil limit gaya traksi maksimum 550,30 N, limit percepatan 2,8 m/s², limit perlambatan 0,93 m/s², limit kecepatan 17,75 m/s memerlukan bahan bakar 1,11 ml / detik atau 0,0001 liter / detik. ATV is a vehicle with a drive combustion engine the special order is also designed in such a way as to be able to cross the wide range of fields. ATV is a fusion between two-wheel motorcycles and cars that both have their respective advantages at the crossing on the field difficult. Base calculation and retrieval of data then there are some things that can be analyzed including brake analysis, bearing analysis, mechanical systems analysis, testing acceleration, deceleration testing and testing of fuel we got the result limit the maximum traction force 550.30 N, limit the acceleration of 2.8 m / s², 0.93 m/s² deceleration limit, the limit speed of 17.75 m / s the consumsion rate of feul is 1,11 ml / detik or 0,0001 liter / detik.
