Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of Work Stress and leadership style to employee performance in PD BPR Jepara Artha. This research was conducted using survey method and carried out in 69 PD BPR Jepara Artha employes. The sampling technique used simple random sampling method, and data testing techniques used in this research include test validity with factor analysis, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. Goodnes of fit model, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity by using factor analysis and tested for reliability with coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha), where the results are all otherwise valid and reliable data. Results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) leadership style has positive influence on employee performance, (2) Job stress negatively affect employee performance.
