Pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum(DAU)dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah(PAD)Terhadap Belanja Daerah(Studi Kasus Pada Provinsi Jawa Tengah)

Abstract

One of the determination of people,sconsultative council MPR NO XV. MPR.1998 at the termofarea autonomy becomes the basic of the decree NO 22 year 1999 about the region goverment and decree NO 25 year 1999 about the balance of fnd between central goverment and regional as the fundamental of the the area autonomy area existance. it is renewed by the presence of decre NO 32 year 2004 and decree NO 33 year 2004. there are more stressing point for the activity of area autonomy. the central goverment will transfer the balance fund. it includes goverment allocation fund,specific alocation fund and from the tax and non-tax. besides, the goverment is expected to fill the area budget needs throughp. a.d, alsoo the rincome sources. This research uses secunder data found by central java statistic bureau year 2005-07. it includes general allocation , area, sownincome, regional or city budget located in central java. the writer used documentation and literary research as the method of collecting data. the technique of analysis used by the writer are quantitative and qualitative. The result of this study shows that f test between general alocation fund and regional budget income show that countable value.-539, 614 > table f3,09 at the significant level 0,000 below the significant leve l0.05(0.0000.5)it shows that there are significant impact between general alocation fund and regional budget income.
