HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN,SIKAP DAN PRAKTIK KADER TERHADAP CAKUPAN POSYANDU DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS JENGGOT KECAMATAN PEKALONGAN SELATAN KOTA PEKALONGAN

Abstract

Kader merupakan anggota masyarakat yang menjadi tenaga sukarela dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan posyandu. kader dalam pelaksanaan posyandu merupakan titk sentral kegiatan posyandu, keikutsertaan dan keaktifannya diharapkan mampu mengerakkan partisipasi masyarakat. Di Kota Pekalongan posyandu berjalan baik dengan rata-rata partisipasi masyarakat/cakup posyandu D/S sebesar 71,02% sedangkan di Wilayah Puskesmas Jenggot cakupan D/S sebesar 54,58%. Keaktifan kadernya tidak berbeda dengan puskesmas lain di Kota Pekalongan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuan, sikap dan praktik kader terhadap cakupan posyandu D/S. Penelitian ini merupakan "explanatory research" dengan pendekatan "Cross Sectional Sampel adalah kader aktif sebanyak 109 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara wawarara menggunakan kuesioner, uji hipotesis dengan uji "Chi Square" Sebelum pelaksanaan penelitian kuesioner telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menujukkan rata-rata umur responden 35 tahun, terdapat 54,1% kader berumur < 35 tahun, tingkat pendidikan terbesar SLTA (34,9%), SLTP dan SD 29,4%. Mata pencaharian 60% sebagai buruh batik/konveksi, penghasilan 51,4% di bawah UMR. Tingkat pengetahuan kader 57,8% baik, sikap kader 58,7% baik dan praktik kader 50,5% kurang baik sedangkan cakupan posyandu 60,6% baik. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara praktik dengan cakupan posyandu D/S (p = 0,03).Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan kader dengan cakupan posyandu D/S dan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan cakupan posyandu D/S. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian beberapa saran yang dapat diajukan adalah posyandu Puskesmas Jenggot menjadi prioritas program dari Pemd. Puskesmas membimbing kemandiran kader, menindak lanjuti hasil evaluasi. Tim PKK segera mengadakan kaderisasi dan lebih intensif menbina kader. Kader harus lebih memahami tugas pokok dan fungsinya serta mengikutsertakan masyarakat dalam kegiatan. The purpose of this survey is to know the relation between the degree ofthe knowledge, attitude and practice candidate and the included covered of services. This survey was the explanztory research by using the "Cross Sectional".The sample was the active candidate with 109 respondents. The data's collected by using questionair interviewed, hypotesis test with the "Chi Squre" tedt. Before surveying, the validity and reliability of the questionairs hava been tested. The result show, respondent average of age about 35 years and there are 54,1%, of them. The most educated respondents are senior high school about 29,4%, the batik confection employee 60,6%, their income 51,4% under the regional minimum fee. The knowledge level of candidate 57,8% good, the attitudelevel or them 58,7% good and their practice 50,5% less while the included covered of services 60,6% good. There is a significant relation between practice and the included covered of services (p =0,03). There is no significant relation between their knowledge level and the included covered of services. The D/S as well as the attitude level and the incluced covered of services. In accordance with, many suggestions appear that covered of services in Jenggot becomes a aprogramme priority of the regional government. Covered of services to be self candidate and do the result of the evaluation.
