Abstract
Salah satu tantangan terbesar dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas dengan tempat tidur adalah terpenuhinya harapan masyarakat akan mutu pelayanan dan sarana yang memadai,yang terjangkau dan nyaman serta dapat memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di unit rawat inap puskesmas godong I kabupaten Grobogan.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptifdengan metode survai menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional .Jumlah sampel adalah 40 responden dan pengambilan sampel secara purposive dengan kriterianya telah ditentukan.Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan acuan kuesioner.Adapun hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan pasien dikategorikan puas karena dari 35 variabel pelayanan kesehatan ,31 variabel masuk kategori puas,4 variabel cukup puas,sedangkan variabel yang masuk kategori kurang puas tidak ada.Jenis pelayanan kesehatan di kelompokkan menjadi 7 kelompok yaitu pelayanan dokter,pelayanan perawat,pelayanan kerumah tanggaan,pelayanan makanan,pelayanan obat-obatan,pelayanan kondisi fisik puskesmas dan pelayanan administrasi.Kesimpulan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas masuk kategori puas.Adapun saran dari hasil penelitian ,masih perlu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan tentang pelayanan kerumah tanggaan mengenai menambah keberadaan pispot dan menjaga kebersihan kamar mandi dan WC.Juga perlu diperhatikan pemakaian lampu listrik.Untuk pelayanan makanan,perlu memberikan variasi makanan sesuai jenis atau kasus penyakit pasien. Kata Kunci: Tingkat kepuasan pasien,rawat inap puskesmas,pelayanan kesehatan THE LEVEL OF PATIENTS SATISFACTION ON HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDED BY INPATIENT UNIT OF GODONG I PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE,GROBOGAN DISTRICT One of the biggest challenges in order to give service of health at puskesmas with bed is fulfilled of society expectation on quality level of service and adequate medium,which reached balmy and also can give satisfaction of client.Target of this research is to know satisfaction level of patient on service of health and take care unit of puskesmas Godong,Grobogan.This research represents descriptive research type with method of survey use approach of sectional cross.Amount of sample is 40 responder and intake of sample by purposive with is criterion have been determined .Data collecting with direct interview by using reference of questioners. as of result of research on satisfaction level of patient categorized to satisfy because from 35 variable service of health,31 variable include satisfied category,4 variable enough satisfy,while variable which category less satisfied is nothing .type service of health grouped to become 7 group that is doctor service ,nurse service,household service,food service ,medicine service,physical condition service puskesmas and administration service.conclusion to service of health in puskesmas include satisfied category.As for suggestion from result of research,still require to upgrade service of health about household service regarding to add existence of pispot and to keep bathroom and WC clean.Also require to be paid attention usage of electric light.For the food service,require to give food variation according to case or type disease of patient.
