Abstract

Hospital is an institution gives health service to the society. Nursing services is a part of health services give to the society, so the management in nursing field will determine nursing quality it self. In recent condition, nursing service, especially in documented nursing education, is not appropriate with the expected standard. It influences the distribution process continuityof qualifield nursing education. The problem here is about documented nursing education completness of hospitalized patient in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regency Hospital Purwokerto. This research in an observation and explorative description with qualitative approach in aim to expose the recent state deal with documented nursing education completness. Data analysis method in this research used primary and secondary data analysis. Data processing is adjusted with the research goals then verified and presented in descriptive form. The analysis result is to find out the factors influenced non complete documentation of nursing education in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Recegency Hospital Purwokerto. To complete the documentation nursing education, the management of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Recegency Hospital has to give priority for anything deal with documented completness of nursing education. It could be done with separate ’bundle’ documented nursing education with the other document even though in a map with the other file to ease the form filling serially. The nurse should train periodically about good documented nursing education methods. The management should arrange concepts of nursing education document to complete the available document.
