Abstract
Semarang City Health Office has four sub departement in which one of the sub departements is Food Sanitation and Environmental Health (FSEH). One of the FSEH tasks is sanitation at a place for processing food and beverage, result of processing, and public places. Those tasks have relationship with publishing the feasibility certification of food and beverage sanitation hygiene. Based on previous stud, there had some weaknesses in certification information system of sanitation hygiene namely data were recorder using paper based method, information was difficult to be obtained, and early warning system for monitoring expired validity of certificate wac difficult to be performed (length of temporary certificate was six months and permanent certificate was one year). The old system had not been capable to result information which complete, timely, and easy to obtain. Therefore, it needs to develop information system to monitor food and beverage. Aim of this research was to develop feasibility certification of sanitation hygiene to monitor food and beverage at FSEH sub departement of Semarang City Health Office. Development of system was performed based on the steps of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique). Design of this research used One Group Pretest-Posttest. Number of sample was four respondents. Object of this research was the old information system of feasibility certification of sanitation hygiene. Variables consisted of completenessm, timeliness, and ease to obtain information. Data as the result of observation and interview were analyzed using Content Analysis method.
