MOTIVASI, PENGETAHUAN DAN KETRAMPILAN GURU UKS SD/MI YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA DALAM PELAKSANAAN KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian dari kesehatan tubuh yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Penyakit gigi yang sering mengganggu kondisi fisik dan mental sehingga akan menurunkan proses belajar pada anak sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi, pengetahuan dan kerampilan guru UKS yang berhubungan dengan kinerja dalam pelaksaan kegiatan UKGS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Desriptive dengan rancangan Cross sectional untuk mengetahui tingakat motivasi, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan guru UKS. Sedanguntuk mengetahui kinerja dilakukan denganobservasionl dengan rancangan Cross sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 51 guru UKS Kecamatan Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel motivasi, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh guru UKS, sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja juga menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh petugas pelaksana kesehatan gigi di Puskesmas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat motovasi guru UKS adalah baik (88,2%) dan cukup (11,8%.) Dan motivasi ada hubungannya dengan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan UKGS. Untuk tingkat pengetahuan guru UKS adalah baik (33,3%), cukup (60,8%) dan kurang (5,9%). Pengetahuan guru UKS ada hubungannya dengan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan UKGS. Untuk tingkat ketrampilan yang baik (21,6%) cukup (60,8%) dan kurang (5,9%). Ketrampilan guru UKS tidak ada hubungannya dengan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan UKGS. Untuk tingkat kinerja yang baik (9,8%), cukup (74,5%) dan kurang (15,7%). Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk guru UKS adalah motivasi yang sudah baik agar dapat dipertahankan. Pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan tingkat kinerja yang masih cukup perlu ditingkatkan dengan diadakannya pelatihan tentang UKGS yang dilaksanakan oleh Puskesmas dengan dukungan Dinas KesehatanKabupaten Pekalongan. The goal of the research is to know the level of motivation, knowledge and the skill of UKS teacher in relation with performance in implelenting the activity of UKGS. This research type is descriptive with cross sectional design to know the level of motovation, knowledge and the skill of UKS teacher. Wihile to know the performance is done by observation with cross sectional ddesign. The research poppulation counted 51 the UKS teacher in Kajen Sub District, Pekalongan using quetioner which filled by the UKS teacher while for the variable of performance also used quetioner which filled by the tooth health officer in Public Health Centre. The resilt of research shows that motivation of the UKS teacher level is goodness (88,2%) and enough (11,8%). The motivation has relation with the performance in implemeting the activity of the UKGS. The level of knowledge of the UKS teacher is goodness (33,3%), enough (60,8%) and less (5,9%). The knowledge of UKS teacher has a relation with performance in implemeting the activity of the UKGS. The good skill level is 21,6%, enough is 60,8% and less is 5,9%. The skillof UKS teacher has a relation with the performance in implementing the activity of UKGS. The good performance level is 9,8% and enough is 75.5% whereas is 15.7%. Suggestion able to be given for the UKS teacher is good motivation should be defended. Knowledge, skll and performance level which enough required to be improved by performing the training about UKGS presented by Pulic Health Centre with Health Services of Pekalongan District support.
