Abstract

Masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja berpangkal pada tiga faktor mendasar yaitu perilaku beresiko, kurangnya informasi yang tepat dan benar tentang reproduksi dan rendahnya akses terhadap fasilitas kesehatan yang ada. Seiring dengan perkembangannya, remaja lebih banyak menghadapi masalah kesehatan terutama yang berhubungan dengan aspek kesehatan reproduksinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan tetang perilaku subyek penelitian mengenai kesehatan reproduksi di SMU Muhammadiyah Bligo-Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data FGD dan Indepth interview.Subyek penelitian 15 orang, untuk FGD 12 orang dan 3 orang untuk Indepth interviewserta 3 orang guru dan 2 orang guru sebagai crosschechdata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pengetahuan subyek penelitian mengenai kesehatan reproduksi secara umum belum cukup bekal untuk mencapai reproduksi sehat bagi remaja. Pemahaman subyek penelitian mengenai kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja, mekanisme reproduksi manusia dan penyakit menular seksual perlu diperhatikan. Sikap subyek penelitian cukup positif dalam menanggapi pemberlakuan pendidikan seks di sekolah, tindakan aborsi yang tidak diperbolehkan, beredarnya VCD porno, serta program KB. Praktik subyek penelitian berkaitan dengan kesehatan reproduksi terindentifikasi bahwa subyek penelitian yang berpacaran melakuakan tindakan saat pacaran dari mulai mengobrol, pegangan tangan, sampai ciuman. namun tidak ada yang melakukan hubungan kelamin. Sumber informasi yang diperoleh subyek penelitian kebanyakan dari teman sebaya dan media massa serta sedikit sekali yang mendapatkannya dari orang tua/guru. Kata Kunci: Perilaku, Reproduksi kesehatan, Siswa REPRODUCTION HEALTH BEHAVIOR OF STUDENTS AT SMK MUHAMMADIYAH BLIGO-PEKALONGAN (QUALITATIVE STUDY) Isseu of reproduction health is origined from 3 basical factors, which are, riskybehavior, less exact and appropriate information concerned about adolescent reproduction and less access of adolescent to existing health facility. Together with the growth,adolescent will face much more health problem, especially problem related with reproduction. The aim of this research is to obtain a description about students's behavior concerned about their reproduction health at students of SMU Muhammadiyah Bligo-Pekalongan. This research is using a qualitative research method,collecting data in the method of FGD and Indepth Interview. The respondents are 15 students, 12 studied by FGD and 3 rest studied by indepth, and 3 teachers and 2 teachers as the data crosscheck. The result shows that the knowledge of respondents about reproductional health generally, is sufficient, eventhough it is not adeaquate to reach health reproduction. Respondents understanding on reproductional health on adolescent, human reproduction mechanism and sexual infecting disease is needed to be improved. Respondent's response is positive enough in perceiving sex education at school, forbidden abortion, circulation of porn movies, and Family Planning program. Adolescent practical related with reproductional health is defined that all couple respondents have done action like chatting, holding hands, and kissing, but there no couple ever did intimate sex. Respondents usully get information from their contemporary friends and mass media, and there are only a few students get it from their parents / teacher. It is suggested to held a curriculum of adolescent reproduction in order to improve respondents's knowledge at to attain a health reproduction of adolescent.
