Wimax is a fourth-generation wireless communication technologies such as wireless communication systems before, wimax also has a different propagation model. Model propagation accompany delay variation values (,s), power (dB), K factor(dB), Doppler frequency (Hz ). This model is called the propagation channel model of SUI (Stanford University Interim). Variety SUI channel model parameters determine the performance of communication wimax. In this final project SUI channel models are analyzed using a simulation where SUI channel parameters were varied with six channels SUI condition from SUI -1 to SUI-6. While the performance was shown by graph of BER versus Eb/No. For wimax communication with IEEE 802.16d type digital modulation B-PSK and Q-PSK, accompanied by variations cylic prefix value and bandwidth. Wimax used for communication with the IEEE 802.16d type B-PSK digital modulation and Q-PSK, accompanied by variations cylic prefix value and the width of the field frequency. Simulation test results show that the simulation SUI channel modulation type B-PSK with cylic prefix = 1/4 bandwidth = 5MHz able to improve the overall performance of the SUI channel. The six SUI channels are show best performance when it is range Eb/No 5dB to 10dB. Whereas while the SUI channel simulation test results modulation type B-PSK with cylic prefix=1/32 bandwidth = 20MHz showed the worst performance while increasing the value of Eb/No range value BER between 100 until 10-1 for channel SUI-3, SUI-4, SUI-5, SUI-6.
