Abstract

This study aimed to find out how to get legal consequences of PT. Federal International finance Pekalongan branch to protect its interest if the debitor defaulted in consumers finance with fiduciary security and to know the efforts made by PT. Federal International Finance Pekalongan branch if the debitor did default This research is a normative juridical so studied are the principles of law and legal rules are still valid but is also supported by empirical data so that the data studied are orginating from library and field research The research result showed that the efforts made by PT. Federal Intetnational Finance Pekalongan branch to fulfil its interest caused by the debitor in default that is by make calling or provide all warning leter after that will be conducted for closure and sale of goods is amicably guarantee if efforts are not frutless. The reason-the reason PT.Federal International Finance branch Pekalongan executed under the hands of, among other, to alleviate cost and save time for the auction in office must through long terms and procedures.
