This was observational research using qualitative method and cross sectional approach. Collection of data used observation and interview. Result of this research shows that five types of medicines are used based on implementation of ABC analysis namely Cefotaxim inj, ATS inj, Piracetam inj, Dextrose 5%, Cefriaxon inj which percentages of purchasing consecutively are 22.7%, 20.50%, 13.37%, 10.65% and 9.71%. Furthermore, calculation is performed using EOQ method. Based on the result of calculation, efficiency in the planning of supplying medicines, for Cefotaxim inj is equal to 27%, ATS inj (19%), Piracetam inj (22%), Dextrose 5% (15%), and Cefriaxon inj (17%).
