Abstract

Indonesia, Tuberculosis (TB) is a major public health problem and contributes high cases in the world after India and Republic of China. Number of TB occurences every year is 558.000 cases. Based on Household Health Survey in year 1995, about 450.000 new TB cases was happened in which about 33% sufferers was happened in health centers, 33% sufferers was happened in hospitals/government clinics/private clinic, and the rest about 34% had not been reached by health services. A health center, the first provider of health services, has a responsibility to perform individual health and public health efforts in its worh area. Based on previous study, evaluation of TB Intervention program had some problems namely data input (data from inspection of hause sanitation were unavaitable and data on TB form were incomplete), process (data were processed manuality and had not used a management system of data basis), and output (a report was only a recapitulation of data from TB forms, and was not indicators of TB program. Development of the system was parformed based on steps of FAST (Framwork for the Application of system Techniques). Research design used one group pretest posttest. Number of subject was six respondents. Variables of research consisted of avaitability, completeness, easiness, accurateness, and timeliness. Data were analyzed using the method of Content Analysis. Descriptiive Analysis (considered avarege), and Statistical Analysis (Sign Test). Resoult of descriptive analysis shows that the considered avarege of information quality after developed is batter then the considered avarage of information quality before developed.
