Analisis Hubungan Fungsi Manajemen Pelaksana Kegiatan Stimulasi Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK) dengan Cakupan SDIDTK Balita dan Anak Prasekolah di Puskesmas Kota Semarang Th 2007

Abstract

Toddler and pre-school coverage of SDIDTK in Semarang-city Public Health Center for 3 recent years not shows successful yet based on the trend of coverage of SDIDTK toddler and pre-school that declined in some public health center in Semarang. This condition enabled the effect on toddler and pre-school growth and development status in that area that leads to not optimal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the function of implementation administrator management in stimulation of early detection and early growth and development (SDIDTK) and coverage of toddler’s and preschool’s SDIDTK in Semarang Public Health Center 2007 This study used observasional design using crossectional approach. Thirty-seven administrator of SDIDTK in the Semarang City - Public Health Center year 2007 were invited to participate in this study. The data were analyzed quantitatively using Continuity Correction analysis. The data were completed qualitatively through in-depth interview to the selected respondent. The results show that more than a half (51,4 %) respondent have well planned, 54,1 % respondent have well organized, 56,8 % have well actuating and 62,2 % have well controlled. In addition, 43, 3 % Public health center in Semarang-city have low coverage of Toddler and pre-school of SDIDTK. Results of this study also shown that there is very significant relationship between the function of Implementation Administrator management and the planning process (p< 0,01), organizing (p< 0,001) actuating (p=0,036) and controlling (p=0,0001).
