Abstract

The effort of breast feeding has often been done. Main barrier of its effort is lack of teh right information about mother’s milk and breast feeding on mothers. A hospital in one of child-birth facilities that influence the success of mothers in providing breast feeding. By providing the services of lactase management, health workers can assist mothers to be more successful in providing mother’s milk. Some result of the previous revealed thath low of providing mother’s milk which consisted of early providing of breast feeding and providing was influenced by some factors. Those factors could be from facilities of health services namely a hospital or from a mother. Aim of this research was to analyze the influence of elucidation of breast feeding, guiding of breast feeding, joined care services, education, knowledge, and jobs towards the practice of breast feeding. This was observational research using quantitative method and cross-sectional approach. Sample was carried out by Accidental Sampling towards 55 mothers who had fulfilled inclusion criteria at Sultan Agung Moslem Hospital. Qualitative data were collected from health workers. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test and Continuity Correction. Multivariate analysis used logistic regression. Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
