Nara Utomo, Unggul Dwi (2010) SIMULASI ESKALATOR OTOMATIS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER AT89S51. Undergraduate thesis, Department of Physics, Diponegoro University.
Automatic escalator microcontroller based of AT89S51 was simulated. This simulation was made to modify the previous escalator. It consists of light censor (LDR), signal conditioned of ADC 0804, microcontroller of AT89S51, and DC motor to run it. The tool applies two censor of LDR. It will run if the censor of LDR 1 on the bottom of escalator is on so that the signal on the ADC will convert and sent to micricontroller. And DC motor will turn to right and the escalator runs up. It automatically disactivate the cdnsor of LDR 2 that is on the escalator. And rice versa, when the censor of LDR 2 is supported, the signal of ADC will be converted sent to microcontroller. So the DC motor turn leff and the escalator go down. It automatically diactivate the censor of LDR 1. When the two censor aren’t supported the escalator don’t run. This system was succesfully done, so when the censor support it the escalators will work.
