The design and realization of the raw milk pasteurization system have been made based on microcontroller AT89S51. The design of this can be utilized in one field of industrial farming households, especially in milk processing to minimize contamination by microorganisms and inhibit the growth of bacteria in the milk to be stored longer. The design of this consists of heating element (heater), LM35 temperature sensor, signal conditioning ADC 0804, AT89S51 microcontroller, and LCD viewer for temperature data. This tool works by measuring the amount of milk temperature. Whereby when the system is turned on, the relay will automatically activate the heating element (heater) to provide heat and light marker sign that the system works. Furthermore, the temperature recorded is displayed to the LCD. When the temperature of the milk showed 70-71 degrees celcius, the lamp will die. In milk pasteurization system design have been made had the highest accuracy of 98,02 % and an error rate of 1,98 %, this suggests a tool that is made quite stable.
