Has been successfully implemented a prototype design of the fuel control system of the furnace based on microcontroller AT89S51, temperature control is done by using LM35 temperature cencor and microcontroller AT89S51. Measured values from the sensors will be processed by microcontroller to control the temperature. This system temperature control used a DC motor for fuel control. In addition, the data that has been processed by microcontroller will be displayed on seven segment. When LM35 temperature sensor detects the temperature in the furnace lower than setpoint temperature of 450C, port 3.0 from microcontroller will automatically trigger a DC motor actuator to spray the fuel, besides, when the temperature exceeds the setpoint, the DC motor will switch off automatically to keep the temperature in condition of setpoint.
