Abstract
Manufacture of optical hardware is intended to facilitate the measurement of blood sugar levels in the non-invasive that can be used directly, can detect the health of patients especially those afraid of needles. The method used in the manufacture of the final project planning methods, manufacturing methods, experimental methods and literature method. In the design of the sensors in the blood sugar levels in the non-invasive is based microcontroller. From the results of measurement using non-invasive measurements or without wounding the body of this advantage is they can see results quickly and can be taken everywhere. The measurement system of blood glucose content in the non-invasive which relatife cheaper can be implemented using a microcontroller with a transducer / sensor LED and photodiode. Results are processed by the micro will be displayed on the LCD. Blood sugar test results with the tools that have made an error rate of 6.14%.
