Abstract
An interferometer Michelson method is used to determine wavelength of diode laser. Before used to determine wavelength of diode laser, have been done calibration by shifting micrometer using He-Ne laser. By shifting movable mirror, the interference fringes will appear fringes on screen which is can determine wavelength of diode laser. From the result calibration, one scala of micrometer has ( ) skala 0,9963 ± 0,0030 mm . The wavelength of red diode laser I is (648 ± 2)nm, red diode laser II is (645 ± 2)nm, and green diode laser is (543 ± 6) nm. Fringes form laser which has a large wavelength getting fewer than laser with a small wavelength.
