Abstract

Research carried out to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning (SRL) with autonomy at students of accelerated program in SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-regulated learning (SRL) with autonomy at students of accelerated program in SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo. The subjects were students of accelerated program in SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo consisting of classes XI and XII, with a total of 46 students, which was obtained with a saturation sampling technique. Data were collected by using two measuring instruments, namely Autonomy Scale (20 aitem valid, rix = 0,257-0,713, = 0,905) and Self-Regulated Learning Scale (34 aitem valid, rix = 0,381-0,864, = 0,949). Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis. This study shows the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,663 with a significance level of p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Results of data analysis indicate that there are positive and significant relationship between the variables of self-regulated learning (SRL) with variable autonomy at students of accelerated program in SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo. Direction is a positive and significant indicating that higher self-regulated learning (SRL), it will be higher the autonomy of students, and conversely lower self-regulated learning (SRL), it will be lower the students' autonomy. Effective contribution of self-regulated learning (SRL) on the autonomy at students of accelerated program in SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo of 43,9% and the rest equal to 56,1% came from other factors that are not revealed in this study. Keywords: Self-regulated learning (SRL), Autonomy, Students of Accelerated Program.
